I am setting up a zap to crtea activecampaign contact when a teamleader contact is created. I need to use some custom fields, but cannot manage to find out how to add those.
I can choose for custom field, but not how to define which one to use.

Are these custom fields from Teamleader (trigger) or ActiveCampaign (action)?
You’ll need to map the data point variables between Zap steps using the ‘CUSTOM’ mapping option as indicted here: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/set-up-your-zap-action#set-up-your-action

Thnaks for your replies, let me provide with some extra information.
I am setting up zaps to sync contacts between teamleader and activecampaign (both ways, as different teams in our company use different systems as primary application).
I want to map custom fields (have been set-up both in AC and TL), in order to sync information s.a. account manager & to store TL ID in AC (and vice versa).
When mapping the fields in a zap, I have tjhe option for a TL custom field, but it’s generic name and the GUI does not present any option to specifiy which custom field to use.
Any further help is much appreciated!

Perhaps you can post screenshots about the generic TL fields you are seeing.
You’d likely have to look in TL to find the internal custom field IDs to determine which field is which.
