Can you share screenshot of the Zap that you have created?

One option is to configure the Zap, then turn the Zap ON and test live.
Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
If you need more help, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode along with the DATA OUT from the Shopify Zap trigger step related to the Location ID.

Hey there @Isobel, I just came across your posts here and wanted to thank you for following up here to confirm it’s working correctly when running live. That’s great to hear and much appreciated!
I expect there must have been a difference in what was sent over for test record samples verses what is received when it runs live. Anyway, it seems like you’re all set for now but if anything changes on that do let us know.
