How to use Cloud Convert to convert Zoho Inventory invoices

hello all , i have plan i use zoho inventory to create invoice and want it to be convert to pdf by using cloud convert and send it to my Clints via picky assist , but i got lost when i tried zapier  and didnt know how to fill the fields correctly nothing really was fine , i need guides for every step and how to make it correct .
