How to upload a completed Jotform to Wild Apricot member

Hi there, I am trying to use Zapier to upload a completed JotForm to a members record in Wild Apricot.

I have the zap setup and connected to both my jotform account. and wild apricot account

I have the wildapricot set to create or update contact or member record. I have created a custom file upload field in wildapricot, but that field doesn’t show as an option to select, so for testing I was trying to insert it into the notes section, where I can upload attachments, but all of the options the Zapier gives me are the field names, the form ID, IP address or submission date, but not seeing how to upload the whole form.

Is what I am trying to do even possible?
If possible, how do i go about doing it?
