i want row number one(1), two(2), and three(3)

so

i entered this blank like this

1. 1 2 3
2. 1,2,3
3. “1,2,3”

but i can’t achive result what i want to

1. 1 2 3
2. 1,2,3
3. “1,2,3”

become weird like

1 2 3 become 123(onehundred twentiy three)

what can i do for my goal
