How to Update BigCommerce Order Status Based on UPS/FedEx Tracking Information

I’m using Shipstation for 50% of my orders, the others are drop-shipped. I want to be able to have the status automatically update from “Shipped” to “Fulfilled” when the items are all delivered, based on the tracking number I put into the Order.

Not really helpful...I already knew that info from trying to build the zap

Just to confirm, are you trying to update the order status in BigCommerce? If so, I believe BigCommerce doesn’t support the Update Order action for this. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf to support the Update Order action in BigCommerce.
