I want to trigger the Zapier Flow when the new record is added using the Shape CRM. How can I achieve this?

I want these data to be in the SharePoint.

Shape CRM doesn’t have a publicly listed Zap app integration: https://zapier.com/apps

Check out this Shape help article about a workaround: https://setshape.com/support-guides/zapier-webhook-instructions-for-shape-software

 

SharePoint doesn’t have a Zap app integration either.

Hi @Troy Tessalone, Thanks for the reply. I need to trigger the Zapier flow when the new record is added into the Shape CRM. In the reference Link you have shared it requires the trigger point to be a other app.

In my case, The alternate options can be when the new record is added into the Shape CRM, I want to send an email (with the custom body includes the metadata added while adding the new record in the Shape CRM) to the SharePoint O365 user email Id. Can we achieve the same with Shape CRM?
