  • How to trigger Zap on Microsoft Exchange when new email is assigned to subfolder?

Hi,

 

i have to switch an IMAP-Trigger to an Exchange-Trigger, which should be trigger the zap when a new mail is assigned to subfolder. IMAP supports this but i cant find any setup for the Exchange-Trigger. 

Does there exist any workaround for this issue?

Before we dig deeper into this, have you tried using the “New Email” trigger for Microsoft Exchange? Additionally, you might have to add a Filter step for the Zap to only trigger on specific subfolder (as long as the “New Email” trigger returns the subfolder data/name)
