Everything is being captured except for the Name & Phone Number. The Name says no data while the phone number don’t even exist in the Field Map. Please help.

You need to do email parsing in order to get the data points from the body of the email.
e.g.
- Zap action: Formatter > Text > Extract Phone Number
- Zap action: Formatter > Text > Extract Email Address
