  • How to trigger a Zap to capture the Name & Phone Number from a form from BizBuySell?

Everything is being captured except for the Name & Phone Number. The Name says no data while the phone number don’t even exist in the Field Map. Please help.

This is the info that we are getting from BizBuySell. It’s not capturing the Contact Name and Contact Phone:

You need to do email parsing in order to get the data points from the body of the email.

e.g.

  • Zap action: Formatter > Text > Extract Phone Number
  • Zap action: Formatter > Text > Extract Email Address
