I am trying to create a Zap where the trigger is moving an email from my Outlook inbox to a subfolder. This action will create a task in Asana.
Is there any way to include the content of this email in the Asana task, or at least include details like the email subject or sender?

You can map dynamic variables between Zap steps using the ‘Custom’ tab.
Outlook should return the data points you mentioned.
You can search/scroll the list of returned data points to narrow down the results to select for an input field.
