How to transfer everything from Motion to Asana?

Hello, I’m super new to Zapier but i’m trying to transfer everything from motion ai https://www.usemotion.com/ into an asana board for easier viewing and tracking, i’ve read the https://help.usemotion.com/integrations/integrations-101/integration-guides guide from motion but it’s not clicking correctly, 


Attached screenshot below, but ideally i want to keep the same folder structure from motion and then within that keep the same tasks within that project/folder

Hi there @Nikki,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

It looks like your workflow isn’t possible since Motion doesn’t have a trigger. If you’d like to sync Motion to Asana you will need a Motion trigger. With that said, we do have an existing feature request for the “New Completed Task in Motion” trigger.

Please let me know if you’d like to get added to that.

Hi @Nikki,

I have added you as another interested member to the open feature request of the “New Completed Task in Motion”. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
