How to sync spreadsheet changes between Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel?

how do i set sync to google sheet to micrsoft excel ?

isnt that i need to set one zaps enough ? 

how about if i delted or update the other column or the old columns ?

If i want the zapier work properly , i cannot alter the column .

bascially  i will not delete a column . or i can skip thew error message ?
