Question

How to stop Zap after path and pass data to new Zap?

My Zap breaks out into 3 different Paths.  After the Path is done I then have 15 steps underneath it.  Managing the 3 Paths is becoming cumbersome.  Since I can’t Merge Paths, yet, how can I stop the Zap after I’ve determined the Path then pass the data to a new Zap so I can manage the remaining 15 steps.

Hi @forceAlmighty

Good question.

Try using Webhooks: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

With Webhooks you can configure these type of Zap relationships:

  • 1:1
  • 1:MANY
  • MANY:1

Another option is to use the concept of a Lookup Table:

Thank you, I was leaning towards a Lookup Table.  I wasn’t sure if I should be looking at Sub-Zaps.

Sub-Zaps are a bit cumbersome to configure and use.
