How to setup Outlook Calendar with Notion to take reoccurring meeting notes?

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to connect Outlook calendar with Notion table to take meeting notes for every meeting. Everything about that is working fine but I have trouble with recurring meetings. My first trigger was “When a new event is created” and of course that won’t work for recurring meetings so I tried to set is as “Calendar Event Start in Microsoft Outlook” so it will trigger Zap for example 30 minutes before. And it should theoretically work but seems like it doesn’t.
If you have any ideas how to fix this I would really appreciate that.
Thanks.

Hey @freshuh!

I’ve been looking into this and it appears that you’re running into a bug with the Microsoft Outlook integration where recurring events aren’t being triggered on as expected. I’ve added you to the list of affected users.

While I can’t say when this will be resolved by, we will be sure to send you an email notification the moment it is! :)
