How to setup a reminder for a quote to follow up with the client 3 days later on a weekday?

what I have availableI use elementor forms, which sends forms filled to my outlook and from there I would like it to setup a reminder 2-3 days later (during the week ) to follow up if they want to accept the quote but when I try set it up can’t find the option to setup a delayed setup in the calendar
