To put it very briefly, I want to make a zap that sends out an email alert when a customer’s invoice is a day away from being overdue, and then send them a reminder email every 10 days after that until it is paid. I’d like it to be triggered by a new invoice being created in ServiceTitan and once it is triggered, it won’t do anything until 30 days later where it will then send an email alerting the customer that their invoice is about to become overdue. After that email is sent, I’d like to automate another reminder email to send to them every 10 days that their overdue until the invoice is paid. I’ve made a very rudimentary outline of the zap and I know I will need to add apps like Schedule or Delay in between (Javascript and Contacts steps are for formatting only), I’m just not sure what’s the best way to go about that (and Schedule by Zapier doesn’t seem to be usable outside of the initial trigger step). I may be in way over my head here, but if it is possible, any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
