Hello everyone, I’d like to set up an automated process to reply to customer emails using the ChatGPT app. However, if I only use ChatGPT by itself, the automatic replies tend to be too generic.

What I need is: after receiving a customer’s email, I want ChatGPT to analyze it and then use the knowledge base that I provide in order to give a specific reply. The reply should include product details as well as personalized recommendations for the most suitable products.

Yes, it’s entirely possible. You can do something like this trigger when a new email is received, send it to AI for Zapier for analysis(You can add Knowledge base there) and send it to the customer or save it as a draft if you want human intervention.

You can achieve that using that using AI by Zapier step where you can add knowledge sources. The flow will go something like this-
1. Trigger for a new Email
2. AI by Zapier
3. Send a Email

You can also add another step for human approval. This is a simple zap and more complexity will depend on your needs.
