Hello. I would like to set up automatic responses using pre-made templates under my name to customer inquiries in apps like Thumbtack Pro and Yelp. Can I do this through your platform, and if so, how do I set it up? Do you have any instructions on how to do this?

Available Zap app integrations can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps

Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions and help links.

That will help give you a gist of what should be possible to configure with automations using the apps.

Thumbtack Pro and Yelp are not yet available as Applications using Zapier. Please tell us more to ensure we understand what you're trying to accomplish. What is your end goal with this Zap? Could you outline it step-by-step? If you can phrase it in the "When A happens in Service X, B should happen in Service Y" format, that will help us give you the best suggestion possible, so thank you in advance! We want to ensure we're on the same page so I can point you in the right direction!


The concept is essentially the same for both platforms. If I receive a lead from a client on Thumbtack or Yelp (action A), the client should immediately receive a response message from me (result 😎. Ideally, this message should also be sent to the client’s mobile number (result C).
