Hi @Abhi41,

Welcome to the Community.

To manage inactive chatbot conversations using Zapier, set up a workflow that detects inactivity, such as no user input for a set time, and triggers an auto-reply. Use your chatbot platform or a webhook to identify inactive sessions, or schedule periodic checks with Zapier. Apply filters to confirm inactivity, then send a customized auto-reply via the chatbot, email, or SMS. Test and monitor the Zap to ensure it works smoothly and adjust as needed based on feedback or evolving needs.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. We're here to help.

Hi there, @Abhi41 👋

Just came across this and had a look at the available triggers for Zapier Chatbots and couldn’t see a “Inactive conversation” trigger which seems like what you’d need to start the Zap. I’d suggest contacting our Chatbots team here to submit a new feature request for that to be added.

Sorry to not have a more immediate solution to suggest. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with in the meantime. 🙂
