How do I set up a Zap to email me a reminder to follow up with someone on a date I set in a Google sheet? I tried using AI to help me but got lost. This is my first time using Zapier. Thanks!

Try this instead…
Use Airtable.
Airtable has field types. (e.g. Date, Dropdown, Checkbox, etc.)
Airtable has native Automations that can be configured when fields meet conditions. (e.g. Date = Today)
Airtable Automations have a native integration with Gmail.
