I have created a table of a list on 200 emails.

What I need:

  • send emails to 4 people per day. and other 4 on next day and so on..
  • the emails must be stopped if all 200 emails are sent.

How to Setup the entire workflow?

More requirements would need to be defined such as:

  1. When to send the emails each day?
  2. Send the emails all at once or spaced out?
    1. If spaced out, then what is that logic?
  3. Which email app will be used to send the emails?
  4. What app has the emails stored? (e.g. GSheets, Excel, Airtable, Zapier Tables, etc.)
  5. How are the emails organized in the spreadsheet/table? (screenshot)
