I want to set up a zap that grabs multiple email newsletters that have been labelled, put it into ai to summarize the info from them, and then send me a concise weekly email with links to the original articles and emails.

Here are the triggers/ actions for Gmail in Zapier- https://zapier.com/apps/gmail/integrations
You would probably need two to set this up properly. One can be that check for every new labelled email and doing summaries of them using AI by Zapier and logging them into Google Sheets or Zapier Tables.
Other one would be with Schedule trigger weekly and it get all the summary which you can again pass to AI send you a Weekly digest email with links to the articles.
This is a sample workflow and exact one may require more steps as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!
