Following the instructions on the Linear web site (https://linear.app/docs/ops-and-marketing#recurring-issues), I have Zapier creating a new issue on a schedule.

The one field I don’t see in the Zap is “Due Date.”

Is there any way to set the due date for the issue when Zapier creates the issue?

Good question.

Linear likely created, owns, and manages their Linear Zap app integration.

I recommend reaching out to them about getting the desired field added.

Otherwise, you can use the Linear GraphQL API: https://developers.linear.app/docs/graphql/working-with-the-graphql-api

App APIs can be used in Zaps with these apps:

  • Code
  • Webhooks
