My question is, can someone please explain how he got to the output he showed in his initial picture? In other words, I'm trying to figure out how he got the action items from Fireflies to split out under each speaker.

To split action items by speaker from Fireflies, add a "Formatter" step, choose "Text" as the action event, and select "Line Item to Text" in the "Transform" field.
