How to send zaps only when certain state fields are entered?

I have an OpenPhone account and I’d like to set it up so when Zendesk, my CRM, gets a new lead if it is one of my states (for example TN, TX, IN, IA), I can send a text to that lead but choose to send it from my OpenPhone number that correlates to that state.

 

So as an example:

Lead fills out form and is auto sent to Zendesk

Zapier/Zendesk sees the lead is in TN

Zapier connects to OpenPhone to send the lead a text

Zapier selects my TN number to do it

Good question.

You can use Paths. (Paths require a Pro+ plan.)

Or you can use a lookup table:
