Hey @Grow Remote ,

You should use some marketing platform like SendGrid,Mailgun  and such to send such transactional emails.

Below is what the workflow will be -

  1. Trigger - When meeting ends on Eventbrite
  2. Action 1 - Get all attendees from Eventbrite event
  3. Loop all emails and Send email via Marketing platform

Hi @Grow Remote

First you need to pick an email app to use. (e.g. MailerLite: https://zapier.com/apps/mailerlite/integrations#triggers-and-actions)

There are different ways to do this, and some of the logic depends on the apps being used as well as the type of email you are trying to send.

Here’s an alternate workflow…

Zap 1

  1. Trigger: Eventbrite - New Event
  2. Action: MailerLite - Create Subscribers Group
    1. Used to put subscribers into a Group to then send an email to that Group
  3. Action: GCal - Create Event
    1. Used to trigger Zap 3

Zap 2

  1. Trigger: Eventbrite - New Attendee Registered
  2. Action: MailerLite - Create or Update Subscriber
    1. Add to Group

Zap 3

  1. Trigger: GCal - Event Ended
  2. Action: MailerLite - Send Campaign
    1. Select the Group for the Event
