How to send Microsoft Dynamics 365 mailing list contacts to Mailchimp?

Hi, I am new to this. I would like to send campaigns from D365 via Mailchimp. Does anyone have an idiots step by step guide to do this in Zapier please?

I can set up a Mail list in D365, I can set up campaigns in Mailchimp. Can I send seemlessly from D365 via mailchimp with Zapier or do we need something like PowerMailchimp?

Hi @Richard HH 

You can create a customer journey in your mailchimp and do the following zap;

  1. Trigger: New lead or contact in D365
  2. Action: Add/update subscriber in mailchimp
  3. Action: Add subscriber to tag

Your tag should be your customer journey trigger

Most of our clients will use the free Mailchimp service which I believe does not include Customer Journeys. Is it possible to create a filtered subset of the Dynamics database and then send via Zapier a mailchimp campaign using that list without exporting from D365 and importing to Mailchimp?
