How to send an email twenty four hours before a Zoom Call?

I am creating a Zap that sends out emails to Calendly invitees for further instructions on their call. I managed to set up the first email flow properly, which sends out an email with instructions and guidelines 30min after booking a call. BUT I NEED HELP SENDING AN EMAIL 24h before the call actually starts. So, how do I create a Zap which sends out an email 24h before a Zoom Call, booked through Calendly?

I know how to send email but not how to do it 24h before the event starts.

Hi @MarcusVanGeelen

Have you tried using Calendly Workflows?

I have. Didn't like them so much, because it says it comes from Calendly.

@MarcusVanGeelen

If your Calendly is connected to these apps, then you can use these Zap triggers:

  • GCal - Event Start
  • Outlook - Calendar Event Start
