How to select from multiple JSM request types?

While using a ‘Create ticket’ Zap from Zendesk (cloud) to Jira Service Management (cloud), can a user be prompted to select a JSM request type?

Examples:

Ticket A gets JSM Request Type 1

Ticket B gets JSM Request Type 2

Thank you!

Sounds like that might have to be configured in Zendesk in order for that to be pass thru to the Request Type field in JSM.

Hi @rodney_est

Good question.

These are the required fields for the Zap action: JSM - Create Request

Hi @Troy Tessalone ,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I don’t see a way to prompt the user to select diff JSM request types, which is what I figured since there’s nothing in documentation and the community.

Appreciate the help anyway!
