Firstly, I am new to zapier, so forgive me if this is a question that has already been asked and answered
I have set up a zap, it sends a series of three emails,
Sequence
Day 1 - Email 1 sent Day 3 - Email 2 sent Day 7 - Email 3 sent
I have used zapier delay to pause the emails and its working fine, what i now want to do is fine tune the delay so that the emails only go between the hours of 08:30-18:00, Monday to Friday
I am having problems setting it up and wondered if anyone can help?

I have set up my zap and it works okay, initial email is sent as soon as a google sheet is updated, it then sends second email three days later and a third email three days after that.
My zap does this fine, i know what to refine when it sends and only allow the zap to run during office hours - Monday to Friday, between the hours 08:00-18:00
I cant see how to figure zapier delay for this, can you give me some advice?
Did using the Delay Until action Troy suggested help have the desired affect?
