How to save an ID from my app in a HubSpot contact

I’m working in an integration from my own app with zapier and Hubspot. I need to save the ID of the contact (ID from my app) in hub-spot in order that when I’m saving the contacts from hub-spot I do not have the same contact twice.

 

Is there a way to save and retrieve that information?
