Please clarify how this is related to Zapier.

I used genai feature to ask it generate a workflow: I want to retrieve the prices of the properties I have marked on Zillow and Redfin every month, and update them in my Google Spreadsheet monthly, and then plot a trend chart.

And the result shows below: 

But Step 1: Realty.com only provides login portal instead of register portal.
