Is there any way to use Zapier to record a payment against a bill in QBO? I can find an action to update a bill but there seemingly isn’t a way to update the bill status to paid. I tried looking at the “create payment” Zapier action but this only seems to let me record a payment against an invoice as opposed to a bill.
Any help would be appreciated!

Zapier's integration with QuickBooks Online does not support the ability to directly record a payment against a bill or update a bill's status to paid. The "Update Bill" action allows you to update specific fields of a bill but does not allow you to change the status to paid. As you've noted, the "Create Payment" action is designed to record a payment against an invoice, not a bill.
I understand how useful this feature would be, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online support to see if they have any workarounds or if they plan to add this feature to their API in the future. Additionally, consider submitting a feature request directly to our Zapier support.
