We’re using Landbot to gather user input which we want to deliver as part of a PDF document once the chat has ended.

The document (a last will and testament) has standard text and variables from Landbot which provide the personal details etc.

What is the best way to provide the document for printing, and how would I determine page breaks?

I’d really appreciate it if someone could shove me in the right direction. :)

Don’t use Google Cloud Print as it’s being shut down:

You could probably get something going with ConvertAPI:

Hi @philmeyer! As @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu mentioned, Google Cloud Print will only be around until the end of this year (2020) so you’ll likely want to find another solution.

If you’re taking variables and want to create a pdf with them, there are a few different apps that can do that kind of thing. Two apps that are popular on Zapier are PDF Filler  and Docupliot. You can see all document-related apps on Zapier here: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/documents

Hi @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu and @Danvers, thanks for your responses and recommendations - I’ll definitely look into them.

Just to let you know, the solution I ended up going with is PDFMonkey. They allow you to generate up to 1,000 documents per month for free, and their support is awesome - even on the Free plan.

That’s awesome, thanks for letting us know @philmeyer! 🙌
