Hi,

I need to post Jira issue comments as Chatter posts in Salesforce.

I’m using Jira Software Cloud.

To do that I created a new zap that triggers when a Jira issue is updated, but I can’t find the comment as a field within the list provided.

Is there a way to capture a new Jira comment to post it as a Chatter post?

I did some digging and it looks like comments aren’t an available field for the “Updated Issue” Jira trigger. 😔

This appears to be a known bug that I added you as an impacted user to. This will ensure you’re emailed once a fix is in place - we’ll also be sure to keep the thread updated as well!

I can’t seem to find a way to sync chatter from a Salesforce case to a Jira bug comments or vice versa.
