Hi,

I have a zap where I use ‘Schedule a Meeting in Google Meet’ to schedule a meeting.

There is an option to include attendee emails in this step.

Meeting invitation mail is sent to everyone here, but not the host. Even if I specifically add the email of the host, It is not sending.

How do I intimate to the host that a meeting is scheduled.

Thanks,

Ram

Hi @Ram RP

Good question.

We will need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to have enough context.

Hi,

Please find the screen shots below:

Emails are sent to everyone in the attendee emails list. I also tried adding email of the host. The mail did not go to them

@Ram RP

No email notification is sent to the GCal owner because their account is being used to create the event.

In other words, if you are throwing a party, you don’t invite yourself since you are hosting.

The GCal owner will get a notification when an invitee changes their status. (accepted/declined)

You can add another Zap step to send an Email to the GCal owner email using Gmail.

@Ram RP

A trick to try is to use a modified email address for the GCal owner.
