How to notify all WhatsApp group members about defibrillator availability?

Very new user, set up email forwarding from a specific address to trigger a what's app alert using AI on main site.  Works as I hoped apart from I would like all group members to see. 

Explanation,  we are a group of 10 that look after 7 defibrillator’s around our community, when one is requested wether used or not it goes “unavailable’ until one of the 10 check it. We find out the need via email, hence the forward. The email only goes to one person, weve tried forwarding to all but find emails are not always checked so thought forward one email to all group members.

 

It has been asked before ( 5 years ago ) I wondered if it had been updated with others requesting. 

Open to any suggestions on how to set up a system at zero cost.

    Here is the link for Whatsapp business integration in Zapier- https://zapier.com/apps/whatsapp-business/integrations

    For email you can use a New email trigger depending on your email provider. 

    As Whatsapp business is a premium app, you need to have a Zapier paid plan to get your desired workflow. Hope it helps!

      we are hoping for a free method. I have contacted the British Heart Foundation and suggested it might be something they set up for every group other than every group doing for themselves.  Im also going to ask Zapier if there is a Not for profit / charity side we can use.  Appreciate your response

        Ive just had a live chat, what's app is premium so we def need a paid plan.  the cheapest plan is £15 less a discount and so far running 4 defibs , we get one call per month we will son have seven so even then we dont expect a huge call amount which is one reason emails get missed and we need an alert to a group.  

        One solution im thinking is maybe find a local business that uses zaps and ask them to set one up for us. maximum requirement would be 10 volunteers getting say 5 alerts per month.  Thoughts on is this a workable zap please before I start looking wether we have someone
