There are populated fields in a Cvent registration form which have records that are visible in Zapier, however I don’t see a way to map these fields so they’re zapped to MemberPress..

Custom fields were created in MemberPress. The problem is in not having a way of pulling the fields into the zap.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @MeisterWeb,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the CONFIGURE section of the MemberPress step that shows all of its fields.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

I’m providing what I think is needed, but please let me know if there’s any other information or screenshots that’d be helpful. I appreciate any and all help!

Here’s the overall zap flow and MemberPress configuration.

Here are some snippets from the public-facing Cvent form with fields I’d like to pull into the zap.

Product Segments (multi-select)
Primary Business & Company Country of HQ (dropdown selection)

I’m happy to say the zap is working. When completing a test form, fields are sent to MemberPress and a new member record is created with the correct transaction and subscription.

The challenge I can’t figure out is how to add these additional fields (Primary Business, Country of HQ and Product Segments). I see them in the Cvent records being read by Zapier, but I’m stumped as to how I pull them into the MemberPress configuration.

Hi @MeisterWeb,

It's great that your Zap successfully creates MemberPress records with transaction and subscription details. To add extra fields from Cvent, ensure those fields are available in the trigger data and that corresponding custom fields exist in MemberPress. If required, map the fields in the Zap editor, using "Show More", and apply data formatting with Zapier's Formatter. Test your Zap to confirm data is transferring correctly, and if issues persist, review field names or contact Zapier Support for further help.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
