Hello all, how do I map the trigger word to be used as text? I am using a zap to monitor one Slack channel and sending a message to a different channel when certain words or phrases are mentioned. I would like to make the trigger word bold, colored etc to make it easily identifiable, or use it as the Bot Name to act as the ‘title’ to the message. Using + or / does not offer the mention word as an option.

Example: Use ‘to cancel’ to format the Text used in the zap data out message

Hi @Arizonaiscold

Info about how to format Slack messages: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496025607181-Tips-for-formatting-Slack-messages

Thank you, maybe I am approaching this wrong, but my question is where is the keyword in the message options?

@Arizonaiscold

Screenshot is too tiny to view.

Is this better?

Replication: Use the + next to Bot Name or Message Text field

Expectation: I would like to be able to select the designated keyword only as the Bot Name or either the Text or Raw Text variable. Or it’s own variable

@Arizonaiscold

If you want to set the Bot Name as the Highlight Word, simply type in the static Highlight Word value into the Bot Name input field as the value.

How embarrassing, I can’t believe it is that simple, thank you. Is there a way to map it as a dynamic variable?

@Arizonaiscold

In order to map it as a dynamic variable, it would need to be a variable from a previous Zap step.

OK, thanks very much you have answered my question.
