I am trying to create a zap for phone calls answered in Ringcentral to create an activity in Nutshell with text of the conversation. Any suggestions on how to set it up. I have tried several times and it will log it as a phone call but does not include the conversation text. I have also been able to get it to send the recording to nutshell as an audio file.
