How to log address details from Zoho Desk tickets into Excel using Zapier?

I have an account created in Zoho CRM and ticket created in Zoho Desk. I want whenever a ticket is created it should also log the address details into Excel. But Zap is not finding the address in Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk step. How do I do this?
