How to load JotForm submission automatically?

I created a zap that triggers when JotForm new submission and insert data to MySQL

But each time new JotForm submission is created is not triggering zap. If I edit the zap, then look at Find Data section and load more data then only I see new submission.

I’m aware of 15 minutes interval Zapier has, but it has gone hours and JotForm submissions only appears when I load data manually.

Hi @marcomspeedwork, I’m sorry that your Zap isn’t triggering in the way that we’d expect. 

 

The first thing that I recommend is checking out this help guide Zap isn’t being triggered which gives you  some good ways to troubleshoot where the issue might be. Could you take a look at that and see if it helps? Thanks!
