Is there are way to include a file that is linked in a Google Form as an automation for the Google Form-->Monday.com integration? I’m using this for project management, and I would like people to be able to submit assets/files in their Google Form and have that populate to the Project Item Files in Monday.com.
Right now, it only gives me the option to populate Board ID, Group ID, Item Name, Subitem Name, Team, Status, and Date even though I have a Files section included in the Monday.com board.

Thank you Troy! I set up a second Action by following your suggestion but unfortunately, the files I want to access are not public so I think I’m at a loss here.

If Google Drive files aren't public, users in Monday.com may not be able to access them. Update the sharing settings in Google Drive to allow anyone with the link to view the file.

They are available to those with the link but the “Action” still didn’t work unfortunately (so I assumed that wasn’t public enough?).

Most likely the case here. Try contacting the admin for the specific Google Drive account so you can request access to it.
