Please clarify what apps you are using in your Zap?

I’m using Sendinblue and NewZenler. I am trying to have contacts from a list in Sendinblue zap to a funnel in NewZenler. The contacts are already in a different list in Sendinblue, though.  I believe that is the issue that is making it not activate.

Please clarify what Zap trigger you are using for SIB?

Perhaps post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Do you mean the trigger event? I was using New contact added to a specific list, but it’s an existing contact added to a specific list, so that apparently won’t work.

If I add to New or Updated Contact, I don’t see where I choose the specific list.

These are the available SIB Zap triggers.

NOTE: These are NOT instant triggers, and depending on your Zapier plan can take from 1-15 minutes to trigger.

I have tested and understand it’s not immediate. Names on the list have not triggered for over a week.

So, I assume I use “New or Updated Contact”, but I don’t see a choice for the list when setting it up. I don’t want all names that have been updated, just ones added to a specific list. I tried using filters but got confused there, too.
