I want to integrate Every platforms message in one dashboard (Website Chat, WhatsApp, Sms, Email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs etc) so my clients can reply on that and don't need to go on every platform which saves them a lot of time

Zap apps can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps

Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions plus help links.


You can utilize the services of any PM tool to get the inbox messages from all platforms in that PM tool via Zapier.
For instance,
Trigger: When receive a message on Facebook
Action: Populate it in Monday

Though the above example is a generic automation. Zapier can handle much advance automations to get the data and populate them on a PM tool. 
You can even reply to those messages through those PM tools.
