Here’s a simple way to do it with Zapier.

Create a new Zap in Zapier

Choose Lofty as the trigger app and select a trigger like New or Updated Contact

Connect your Lofty account and test the trigger

Add Constant Contact as the action app

Choose Create or Update Contact

Map the contact fields from Lofty to Constant Contact

Test the action and turn the Zap on
If Lofty isn’t available as a trigger, you can use a workaround like webhooks or Google Sheets as the trigger and still send contacts to Constant Contact
