How do I send an email in Gmail that includes an interactive star rating for users?

Make sure you’re using the html option when configuring the Gmail “Send Email” step, then you have a few options. 

  1. Use a service like Stripo to build the HTML code for the email. They include some really excellent interactive elements. You can see them here: https://stripo.email/interactive/
  2. Use and modify this example: Each star takes you to a different url, which can be used with a UTM or other modifier to pre-fill a survey.
