how to ignore blank cells when using the joint function to create a string

Hi, I am not experienced using google sheets.

I am trying to use the join function to create a string separated by commas, the problem I have encountered is that it pulls the empty/blank cells as well and it shows a bunch of commas because there is a bunch of empty cells.
the cells that will have content in them varies from day to day, so I need the join function to be able to “look” at all the cells in a specific column everyday and to be able to ignore the empty ones that way the string will not end in endless commas ,,,,,. (see pic below).

any idea how to do this?
