Question

How to have trigger emails sent to additional attendees added after Google event creation?

I currently have a zap set up for an email to go out when an event is created.

So I create my calendar event in Google calendar, use the keyword so the trigger goes out to all the attendees I add at the time of event creation.

Then I have more attendees I need to add the Google event.

Is there something I can add to my zap that will have the trigger email be sent to those attendees added AFTER the event is created?

Hi @Virtual Library

Try using this Zap action: GCal - Add Attendees to Event

Thanks @Troy Tessalone - I can’t find this as a trigger? I suppose you’re thinking have this be my trigger and the event creation trigger email be sent?

@Virtual Library

The suggested Zap step is an action.

If you have a Zap configured to send an email, then you will need to send the email after each new attendee is added to the GCal Event.

If you still need more help, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined to give us more context.
