Hi !

I had my personnal calendly agenda linked to gsheet with zapier and everything was working fine.

However, since I have a team agenda (while still having my personnal calendly agenda), zapier does not make the difference between the 2. Which means that I get events from my collegues too (from the team one). How do I make zapier understand the difference between both ?

I’m on a free plan so don’t have access to that feature. I think it’s something to do with the setting of the calendly in Zapier but I cannot figure it out


Yes, you’ll need a paid plan to use Filters in Zapier.

  1. Trigger: Calendly - Invitee Created
  2. Action: Filter (check for Event)
  3. Action: GSheets - Add Row
